Julie Catron, PA-C
CEO, Co-Founder, and Lead of Medical Legal and Medical Writing
Julie has experience in a variety of fields including hematology, cardiology, internal medical pharmaceutical research, aviation medicine and medical education. She currently works in internal medicine and is proud to play a role in improving the health of her community. She enjoys giving back to her alma mater as a preceptor for Duke PA and medical students. You may also find her in uniform when she performing her duties as an aeromedical physician assistant with the National Guard.

David Catron, PA-C
Vice President, Co-Founder, and Lead of Military Medicine and Medical Education
David’s brings over twenty years of military medical experience with him. He has been deployed around the globe as an Army special forces medic and combat diver and then continued his military career as a physician assistant where he improved the health of his soldiers while also providing knowledge on training and medical operations to improve the strength of his team. Now retired from the military, David works in orthopedic surgery and enjoys taking care of the community that he lives in. Nortac was born out of his desire to continue to serve.

Pickles the Dog
Nortac Mascot and Lead of Employee Welfare
Pickles was rescued from the Moore County Humane Society in 2017. Although she came to us as a timid puppy, she is now full of energy and happy to lick the face of everyone she meets. She is an avid runner and enjoys fetching balls, chasing chickens, and giving puppy kisses to all.
